ABOUT WADHURST WHEELS DRIVING SCHOOL

Wadhurst Wheels Driving School launched in August 2022.

 

Our aim is to provide professional and friendly support, drawing on many years of experience, to help you become become a safe and confident driver.

​

By putting in place an appropriate learning plan tailored to you with feedback provided after each lesson via the MyDriveTime app, Wadhurst Wheels will help you obtain your UK Driving Licence.

​

However, passing the driving test is should be only the beginning and not the end of the process.  We also focus on making you a safe and considerate driver that is respectful to all road users.

​

David brings a wealth of knowledge to his lessons with over 40 years’ experience driving cars as well as over 30 years’ experience on motorbikes.  Additionally, David is a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and volunteers at a local IAM group to help others improve their driving skills and obtain a coveted advanced driving qualification.

​

In recent years David has taught both his teenage son & daughter to drive and can relate to the challenges and concerns faced by parents when their child wants to get behind the wheel for themselves.

​

By providing each student, young or old, with the necessary skills for future self-reflection and continued learning in their driving, Wadhurst Wheels helps you cope in what at times can feel like a hostile environment.

In his spare time David can be found either walking the family dogs, riding his motorbike or taking part in trackdays either in the UK or abroad though not all at the same time...
